Payrix API and Portal Production Maintenance - Rescheduled to Sept 14th Sep 14, 2025 02:00-03:00 EDT

Payrix engineering will perform database maintenance to ensure continued reliability and performance improvement. This is the rescheduled maintenance from July 27th, 2025.

During this time, the Payrix Portal and transaction processing via the Payrix API and Portal will be intermittently unavailable across the hour-long window. Any transactions submitted during the maintenance could fail and should be resubmitted upon completion of the window. API and Portal reads / responses will remain available throughout the window.
