Incident Report for Payrix

Resolved

At 5:14am ET Payrix identified an issue with VCORE transaction processing, where a subset of transactions failed to authorize. This was resolved at 6:59am ET when transaction processing returned to normal.

Any transactions which did not authorize during this time should be retried.

We will provide additional information once a root cause is determined as soon as possible.
