As part of an infrastructure enhancement to improve platform resiliency and availability, we are expanding the set of IP addresses used to deliver webhook notifications from the Payrix platform. Organizations that use firewall rules, network restrictions, or IP allow lists to control inbound webhook traffic should review and update their configurations to include the new source IP addresses prior to the applicable implementation date.
Sandbox Environment Implementation Date: November 3, 2026

No service interruption is expected. However, customers who maintain firewall allow lists for webhook traffic may experience failed webhook deliveries if the new IP addresses are not added before the implementation date.
