Resolved

This morning, the Payrix engineering team observed an issue in a database requiring corrective action. While the correction was performed, there was a period between 12:05 PM and 12:13 PM Eastern where a subset of API calls and transactions received a 500 error/rejection. The issue was resolved at 12:13 PM Eastern and there have been no further issues observed.

Our engineering and support teams are monitoring the environment closely and do not anticipate any further issues.
